Flat fee of $4,450 + HST (Homes$0 – $400,000)
Flat fee of $5,450 + HST (Homes$400,000 – $900,000)
½% of selling price + HST (Homes $900,000+)
You still pay the buyers brokerage (in today’s market we suggest the traditional 2-2.5% +HST)
