We will arrange an in-home listing appointment with our Realtor Sue, and pre-listing prep manager Amanda.

What to expect:

  • We will provide an in-depth neighborhood market evaluation using current housing stats and pricing comparables in order to best establish your home's current worth.
  • We will review the listing paperwork and what to expect during the listing process. We always like to well educate our clients, there should never be any confusion about what you are signing or agreeing to. This is the time you can ask us any questions!
  • We will do a walk-through of your home and take detailed notes and pictures. These will be used for our pre-listing preparation report.

Getting top dollar for your home sale means more than just staging....

Remember, the way you live in your house is not the way you sell it. My team and I will immediately focus on the work needed to ensure your home sells for top dollar in the shortest amount of time and for the least amount of pre- sale preparatory investment possible.

What to expect (For a Flat Fee!):

  • You will receive an in-depth pre-listing preparation report; this will include everything from de-cluttering & re-arranging to painting & repairs should they be needed.
  • We will help you source any tradesmen needed throughout the process, such as painters, carpenters, cleaners etc.
  • Should your home require staging, our in-house stager Amanda will come in with furnishings and décor as the final touch before listing your home!

3. List & Market

When you list your home with us, don't expect we will be cutting corners just because of our reduced fees. You get all of the services listed below just like any other real estate professional:
